Sugar Free Cheesecake

We were so excited to find this recipe for sugar free cheesecake… is cheesecake one of those desserts you actual dream about? It is for me! How exciting to enjoy the indulgent flavor of cheesecake while continuing on our healthy eating journey. This recipe is from Dr. Jockers, who advocates and educates about using a ketogenic diet to achieve optimal health. Many of his dessert recipes actually help to burn fat and heal digestive issues. A recommendation he makes for sourcing ingredients for this recipe, is to be sure to get organic cream cheese. This helps you to get the most ani-inflammatory nutrients out of the dairy, without chemical toxins in the feed and high omega 6 fats. He is also an advocate for using Stevia, which he says is 100 times sweeter than sugar and has no affect on blood sugar. Adding a dash of salt, Dr. Jockers says, can help balance the slight bitterness of Stevia and balance out the dish. Click to access pdf printable version sugar free cheesecake with berries
